This was a project that arose because of a grant to Gonzaga University from the Raskob Foundation. Gonzaga supported it using all possible resources, financial and otherwise. Other financial supporters included the City of Spokane.

MAPS is an acronym for Mapping Assets and Promoting Strengths. One key deliverable of the project was an interactive visualization that geographically mapped different types of assets in the Logan Neighborhood of Spokane, where Gonzaga is based. I created that visualization. More information on the MAPS project and how the visualization is tied to it can be found at Gonzaga University’s website for the project.
